Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager

What will be your responsibilities?

Service Delivery and Stakeholder Management:

·         Oversee the timely and within-budget delivery of projects for the customer’s business and lead the execution of delivery plans.

·         Ensure that infrastructure service performance meets the agreed-upon targets.

·         Effectively manage day-to-day service activities and associated risks.

·         Generate and monitor reports, including ad-hoc stakeholder reports, and review regulatory reports related to incidents.

·         Collaborate with the risks and control team to ensure the proper management and closure of operational and service risks.

Requirements

·
More than 6 years of experience in delivering Infrastructure Technologies with a proven track record of implementing operational process changes and driving improvements. Eligibility for EU Security Clearance is required (criminal records check will be conducted).

·         Ability to work effectively with virtual and in-person teams, both under pressure and within tight deadlines.

·         Experience in working within large and complex environments is highly desirable.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.

·         Familiarity with ITIL standards and methodologies, as well as project management methodologies such as PMP or Prince2.

·         Comprehensive experience and knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and Data Center technologies. Availability for occasional travel is required.
