The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). 2 INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
Candidates Data:
At Aictina we can collect your name, contact details, CV, social profile, cover letter, psychometric assessments, referees’ details, Immigration status (whether you need a work permit), extra information that you choose to tell us, details about your current remuneration and benefits and all the elements needed to process your job application.
Clients Data:
The data we collect about our Clients is very limited. We only need to have your contact details or the details of individual contacts at your organisation (such as their names, telephone numbers and email addresses) to ensure that our relationship runs smoothly. We also hold information relating to your engagement with Candidate profiles. We may also hold extra information that someone in your organisation has chosen to tell us.
Suppliers Data:
We collect very little data about our Suppliers. We’ll collect the details for our contacts within your organization, such as names, telephone numbers and email addresses. We’ll also collect company bank details so that we can pay you. We may also hold extra information that someone in your organization has chosen to tell us.
3 USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Aictina only collects personal information for the purpose of recruitment; that is to provide the best possible employment opportunities for you. We need your contact details to interview you and to get in touch with you during the recruitment process. We also need to know about your education, experience and skills to assess your suitability during the recruitment process. We may also collect any other details that are relevant to the recruitment process.
According to the Data Minimization Principle, we will only collect the information we need so that we can ensure adequate information is provided to our employer/clients consistent with the requirements of the particular placement relevant to you, as the contract is being performed, it may be necessary to obtain further data from you, we will do this if and when it is necessary and only the necessary data will be obtained. We will never sell or broker your data.
4 DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We will never sell or rent your details to a third party.
We will not disclose your details to third parties unless you have consented to this disclosure or to perform the services for which you have applied. These third parties will not be able to contact you unless you have given your consent. We will, however, disclose your Identifying Information if we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law, a summons, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or any other valid legal process.

We may provide links from time to time on the Site to other websites which are not within our control. Once you have left the Site, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

Please be aware that you may be asked for a proof of identity, which will not be kept after processing your request. We may also need to ask for more information about your request to process it.
Under the GDPR we have 30 days to comply with your request, unless we have a legal obligation preventing us to do so; in which case we will share that reason with you.
