Middleware Engineer

We are looking for a Middleware Engineer to join a dynamic environment within a European Public Agency that encourages technical diversity, knowledge, and professional growth. Fluency in English is a requirement.

What will be your responsibilities?

·         Contribute to the operations and administration of middleware systems for large-scale applications based on secure web services, data mining, and data reporting services.

·         Provide support for the following technologies: WebLogic application service, FTP service, Java Enterprise Edition, Java Transcription API, Ehcach & SpringAspect.

·         Offer integration services, presentation services, application services, and common services.

·         Create, contribute to, and review documentation related to technical systems within the context of system and application architecture.

·         Administer integrated solutions for different layers of middleware systems, including databases, web service connectors, service monitoring, and customized applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of HP hardware (servers, blades, and components).
• Server hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Scripting knowledge (Bash, Perl, Python, PowerShell, Go, etc.).
• Proficiency in orchestrating, automating, and configuring services (preferably Ansible or Terraform).
