Oracle Systems Engineer

What would be your role?

• Handling data and back-end services.
• Troubleshooting database issues in a multi-vendor platform.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining various types of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
• Creating, contributing to, and reviewing technical system documentation within the scope of Database architecture and operational procedures across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English
• Eligible for EU Security Clearance (criminal record check will be required).
• Deployment knowledge of Oracle version 11c and above.
• Experience in Oracle RAC-based installations and administration.
• Technical exposure to Oracle Exadata technology.
• Experience in Oracle VM deployment and maintenance.
• Troubleshooting ability with Oracle Databases and infrastructure systems supporting them.

Desirable skills

• Technical exposure to other relational database environments such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Technical understanding of non-relational database environments based on Elasticsearch or MongoDB.
• ITIL knowledge.
